Robert also continued his professional development by completing several sales training programs, including Sales RX, further strengthening his expertise in customer relations and sales.

Robert spent 23 years with Dukes Car Stereo, where he advanced into leadership roles through consistent performance and dedication. He served as a manager for 17 years before spending an additional 12 years as a branch manager, overseeing daily operations, mentoring employees, and maintaining high standards of customer service. His leadership was recognized through multiple top sales awards earned during his tenure.

Today, Robert serves as a Service Advisor at Gales Auto Repair, where he helps customers navigate vehicle maintenance and repair needs while ensuring quality service and clear communication. Life Outside of Work

Outside of his professional life, Robert enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and volunteering with their baseball team. He also takes pride in maintaining his large property, including caring for his in-ground pool, and enjoys golfing whenever he has the opportunity.
